I. Warranty Conditions
ARCTORA LIMITED guarantees that new and reconditioned demonstrator ARCTORA Dirt Bikes purchased from authorized ARCTORA dealers or the official website www.arctora.com are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period, subject to certain limitations described herein. This warranty is valid only if the Dirt Bike has been properly set up and pre-delivery serviced by an authorized ARCTORA dealer or the official website. The warranty is effective only when the Dirt Bike is operated and maintained according to the user manual or other ARCTORA literature provided with the Dirt Bike.
II. Warranty Period for 2024 ARCTORA Dirt Bikes
A Series:
Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of purchase for the vehicle, and 12 months from the date of purchase for the frame, power battery, controller and charger.
Wear and Tear
Refers to damage that naturally happens with regular riding. For example, even with proper maintenance, parts like the cassette and chain will eventually need replacing. Scratches, paint damage, and minor noises from normal use are also considered wear and tear. These are not covered by the Warranty. Here are some typical wear and tear items not covered by the Warranty:
Bearings (excluding motor bearings), chain, inner and outer tubes, disc brake rotors, handlebar grips, fenders, handlebar grips, seat cushion, fuses, decorative parts, plastic components, and other items.
Any ARCTORA Dirt Bike used for commercial revenue and/or licensed or tagged for commercial use (e.g., rental operations) is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser and is valid only for the duration specified above.
III. ARCTORA Warranty Coverage
ARCTORA LIMITED assures customers that Dirt Bikes are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of manufacture. Any parts found to be defective within the specified warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, subject to the limitations of this warranty policy.
IV. Warranty Labor Costs
Labor costs for the replacement of parts found defective in material or workmanship under ARCTORA LIMITED's warranty are free to the original purchaser. Warranty repairs must be authorized by ARCTORA LIMITED. Labor costs for replacing any parts without ARCTORA LIMITED's authorization or any parts not covered by ARCTORA LIMITED's warranty are not included.
V. General Exclusions of Warranty
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
1. Lack of proper maintenance.
2. Modifications, alterations, and installation of non-ARCTORA genuine parts or non-original equipment parts.
3. Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, abuse, or negligence.
4. Normal wear components, including but not limited to: all bearings, all seals, transmission gear engagement “dogs,” final drive chains and sprockets, brake components, suspension valves.
5. Improper use, such as the use of inappropriate lubricants, owner-installed replacement parts.
6. Paint, coating, or metal part corrosion caused by external factors (e.g., stones, salt, industrial emissions, inappropriate cleaning products).
7. Fading of painted or metal-coated surfaces.
8. Damage due to flooding and/or foreign object intrusion.
VI. Owner Responsibilities
1. The owner is responsible for maintaining their Dirt Bike according to the user manual.
2. The owner is responsible for the maintenance costs of the Dirt Bike, including regular services. Properly performed service work by the owner will not invalidate the warranty. Failures directly caused by lack of maintenance or improper maintenance will invalidate the warranty.
3. Warranty repairs must be performed by authorized ARCTORA dealers. Any warranty work performed by non-ARCTORA LIMITED dealers is not covered under the ARCTORA LIMITED warranty policy. The owner may be required to provide documentation of proper maintenance: maintenance records showing service dates and the completion of service work, copies of repair orders/receipts, owner statements of service work performed, including receipts for replacement parts/gaskets used to complete the service.
4. The ARCTORA Dirt Bike must be returned to an authorized ARCTORA dealer or an official designated location within 10 days of discovering any defective parts. Your ARCTORA dealer will first determine if the ARCTORA component needs to be submitted to ARCTORA LIMITED for evaluation. All warranty work must be performed by authorized ARCTORA dealers or under the guidance of official after-sales support.
5. ARCTORA LIMITED does not authorize any company or individual to create any liability or warranty obligations on its behalf. ARCTORA LIMITED will determine the final disposition of any components submitted for warranty evaluation. All parts and components returned under this warranty and replaced become the property of ARCTORA LIMITED.
VII. Warranty Limitations
